Additionally, we have a link to the Learner's Permit School Attendance Certification (form # DL-300), which, as stated on the MVA's site, is used to demonstrate acceptable school attendance for learner's permit applicants under the age of 16. This completed form must be submitted along with appropriate documents at the time of the learner's permit application.
